Fire Restoration
After a devastating fire at this clients new build flat We were task to complete the full restoration back to its original state.
This also include redecoration the external hallway due to smoke damage
We stripped to entire property back to the metal studs and restarted the project.

Bathroom renovation
Our clients had there heart set on getting a wetroom shower into there ensuite.
It proved incredibly tricky job as the house was an old cottage with uneven timber floors.
We like a challenge at Horwood so we came up with a plan and got this beautiful high end ensuite completed in time & on budget.

We completed a timber frame around this whole room & added 50mm Celotex insulation. We then plasterboarded & plastered the walls.
Plaster coving was then added including a ceiling rose, al finished in Lick Pink paint
The walls finished in a high end fabric wall paper mural

This kitchen refurbishment was a dream to complete Lots of challenges but new skill learnt .
Bespoke cupboards built from oak, high end fixtures and fittings, inc Fisher & Paykel & Perrin & Rowe .
We rebuilt the fireplace & fitted a new lintel in a higher position to allow for cooking.

Very Special ensuite, The client briefed us on the green finish over wood panelling with something special on the top half, We had a local artist come in and complete a one of a kind design Including birds from the clients own pictures
Finished with Burlington fixtures completing a true classic look.

Our clients had purchased this flat whilst in the USA, We communicate throughout the project over the phone . They asked for us to modernise it throughout, this included new lighting, new kitchen complete with quartz worktops, new bathroom to allow for a shower, as the previous one only had a bath.

We Completely transformed this 200 yr old cottage into a modern holiday let.
There were lots of challenges along the way oon this property that we overcame, we worked with traditional materials including lime plaster.
We fitted a brand new kitchen and uncovered the traditional flagstone flooring

Downstairs wc renovation
Our remit was to create a high end downstairs shower room with shower wall panels

After flood damage of a sewer, this café timber floor had been damaged beyond repair.
After an extensive cleaning and drying process
We sourced quality reclaimed timber, re laid the flooring, varnished and coated in protector for high traffic areas.

Bathroom modernisation
Client asked us to design & install this bathroom with built in furniture & marble tile finish.
All completed in time for the new tenant

Our client wanted their hallway floor modernised.
We had to be very careful when removing the old travertine floor as we had underfloor heating running all throughout the ground floor.
We completed this job using Light grey porcelain wood effect tiles laid in herringbone pattern.

On this renovation our remit was to remove one huge en suite & create 2 rooms, one half a walk in wardrobe & the other a high end en suite You can see in the pics we have had 3d drawings done and the recreated the design.
