Our clients had purchased this flat whilst in the USA, We communicate throughout the project over the phone .

They asked for us to modernise it throughout, this included new lighting, new kitchen complete with quartz worktops, new bathroom to allow for a shower, as the previous one only had a bath.

We plastered & redecorated throughout.

This is now a successful residential long term let.
