We Completely transformed this 200 yr old cottage into a modern holiday let.

There were lots of challenges along the way oon this property that we overcame, we worked with traditional materials including lime plaster.

We fitted a brand new kitchen and uncovered the traditional flagstone flooring

We swapped the bedroom over with the bathroom to allow more head height for a modern shower.

Added a media wall for the tv and keeping a lot of the traditional features.

This is more a very successful holiday let on the Cornish coast.
